Holiday Classic

A HUGE thank-you to all swimmers and GSC families who volunteered at the Holiday Classic this weekend! We cannot offer this opportunity to compete without your support and we really appreciate your contribution to making it a success for swimmers from across Florida!

 

 

Junior Nationals

We wish GSC swimmers Peyton Brooks, Alex Gonzalez, Mazie Moberly, and Eva Whitehead fast swims at Junior Nationals in Indianapolis this week!

 

 

USA Swimming membership renewal for 2026

USA Swimming memberships are set on the calendar year so your swimmer's registration may be expiring at the end of December. Watch for an email about renewing your swimmer for 2026!

 

 

Practice Changes

 

If not listed below, practice is NORMAL schedule.

 

Monday (December 8)

  • Senior:
    • If you competed all three days at the Holiday Classic you are OFF on Monday, December 8. If you did not compete all three days, you have regular practice Monday afternoon.
    • Junior Nationals swimmers will have practice at 5:00 pm with John.

 

Wednesday (December 10)

  • Flex 1 and 2 will have practice from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the O'Connell Center (moved from Friday, see below)

 

Friday (December 12, UF graduation at the O'Connell Center)

  • Developmental 1 through AG3:
    • If you ARE attending the FAST meet next weekend, you will have practice from 5:30 to 6:30 pm at Northeast.
    • If you ARE NOT attending the FAST meet next weekend, practice is canceled.
  • Flex 1 and 2: canceled
  • Senior: 5:00 to 7:00 pm, O'Dome outdoor pool - outdoor only and no locker rooms so plan ahead!
