Welcome to Coach Bryce Bowie

Gator,

After doing a national search over the past two months, we are excited to announce the addition of Bryce Bowie to our staff as a full-time coach.  Bryce will be working to assist a lot on our admin side of the team and will be running a group within our Senior Program.

Coach Bryce comes to us from the Boston area, where he began swimming with North Shore Swim Club before going on to Keene State College. At Keene Bryce was a two-year captain and distance specialist, collecting All-Conference honors in the 1650 and 4IM. After graduating in 2020, he joined the coaching staff at both Gordon College and North Shore Swim Club. After promotion to Head Coach in 2022, Bryce began a rebuilding effort with Gordon College, taking over a program with a combined record of 7-47 from the previous five years and leading them to a winning record in just two seasons. Along the way they collected 72 program top-ten times, 4 records, and 4 individual conference champions. For his efforts Bryce was awarded Conference Coach of the Year for each season at the helm, along with recently being selected to 30 Under 30 by the American Swimming Coaches Association.

Coach Bryce will be joining us on deck on August 14, 2024 as we start back with our new 2024-2025 season!  Please give him a Gator welcome when you see him on deck.
