Senior Gator

This group is designed for the high school-aged swimmer who is interested in competitive swimming at the local and state level, or interested in staying fit. Emphasis is placed on both stroke technique and training.  There are no attendance minimums for this group however 4-5 practices per week are encouraged for continued success.

Required Equipment:

  • Kick Board
  • Fins (long, floating, training-style, with soft foot pocket) 
  • Pull Buoy
  • Paddles (flat, with holes to allow water to pass through to the palm)
  • Snorkel (front mount, swimmer style)
    • Nose clip, if swimmer needs one to use the snorkel
  • 2 Tennis Balls
  • Water Bottle
  • Mesh Bag, to carry it in!

By invitation only. Must have attended 4-5 practices during the preceding week AND have a Senior Champs or FLAGs qualifying standard in a distance of 200y or more.
